Quotations Concerning Love

Trust in a relationship really isn't about love; trust is about fear and power. People in power only truly trust the people that they know are afraid to oppose them.

Intimacy isn't something you get from others; it's something you give to others.

Lust means that you want to have sex; infatuation means you want to kiss and have sex; love means that even after you've kissed and had sex, you still enjoy being with that person.

Hating someone requires twice the energy and thought as loving someone.

Every young woman should have an old man to adore her; but that's not love that's selfishness... on both their parts.

If someone tells you that they love you, look first at their actions. Never believe what their voice says... believe what their body says.
